Zoe, a digital wealth platform, has secured $29.6 million in Series B funding, bringing its total funding to $45 million. The New York-based company has a comprehensive platform that helps registered investment advisors, or RIAs, drive consistent growth and serve clients more efficiently.

This latest funding round was led by Sageview Capital and will be used to help Zoe enhance the wealth management experience, expand its platform capabilities and scale its team.

Zoe’s platform currently includes tools for account opening, funding, automated rebalancing, direct indexing and commission-free fractional trading. The company also offers RIAs business development and operations support, a client referral network and customizable solutions to help them scale faster.
