Job seekers should know that working at monday.com is rewarding and fun. Because our platform can be used by almost any role, team or company, there is a ton of greenfield and I find this to be a really interesting challenge. My team is constantly thinking outside of the box, as there are so many different ways to build, sell, and market our product such that creativity can yield amazing results.
