Teams at 1Password

Lead Apono’s product organization and oversee its platform and integration with 1Password. Set product direction, manage roadmaps and releases, align cross-functional teams, engage enterprise customers, and coach Product Managers. Partner with Engineering on technical decisions and collaborate with Design, GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver secure access-management products and measurable customer impact.

Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels; qualify inbound and outbound leads; build pipeline; schedule qualified meetings; support Account Executives; maintain accurate CRM records; use AI-driven sales tools; collaborate with Sales and Marketing; and participate in coaching, training, and enablement.

Manage and grow an enterprise territory (companies 2501+ employees) by hunting new business, maintaining pipeline, closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and upselling existing accounts. Represent 1Password at events, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions, and present/ negotiate with executive stakeholders to meet quota.
