Manage technology projects from planning through delivery, including timelines, resources, budgets, risks, vendors, and quality standards. Serve as the primary client contact, provide project updates, address concerns, identify upsell opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams. Coordinate issue resolution, develop contingency plans, delegate responsibilities, and escalate unresolved issues. Projects may include cloud implementations, cybersecurity, networking, migrations, infrastructure, virtualization, and disaster recovery.

Supports the PMO by monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, work hours, expenditures, risks, and deadlines. Coordinates stakeholder meetings, prepares presentations, records and distributes minutes, tracks actions and decisions, maintains project documentation and calendars, and assists with resource management, project changes, planning, and administrative tasks across IT, cloud, managed services, NOC, and cybersecurity projects.

Drive net-new customer acquisition and grow large accounts by owning full sales cycle for complex infrastructure and managed services. Prospect, manage pipeline, lead executive and technical conversations, negotiate and close multi-million-dollar deals, and collaborate with internal teams while tracking activity in CRM.
