Build and scale 3i’s peer-group programs by designing member matching, onboarding, lead training, group structures, communications, scheduling, and operating cadences. Establish feedback loops and checkpoints to measure impact and improve processes. Manage relationships with members and group leads while collaborating cross-functionally to turn an ambiguous new product line into a repeatable, high-touch system.

The Regional Director will set and execute strategies for member engagement, growth, and local community-building while ensuring members derive maximum value from the platform.

Lead development and execution of sponsorship and partnership programs, creating native partner integrations across events, content, and member experience. Build sponsorship packages, manage deal lifecycle and vendor/freelancer relationships, track performance, and collaborate cross-functionally on marketing and event strategy while owning a high-volume production calendar.

Lead and scale the Education Program end-to-end: set strategy, source speakers, design and run monthly high-touch learning experiences, measure impact on member engagement and retention, build feedback loops, and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

The Head of Membership will manage the full member lifecycle and build a high-performing team across sales, account management, and member success to drive growth in a high-net-worth community.
