Teams at 3i Members

Build and lead 3i’s people function across jurisdictions, owning HR operations, compliance, compensation, performance, employee relations, recruiting processes, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, people analytics, engagement, and IT operations. The role manages vendors, counsel, PEO administration, policies, employee data, access systems, and manager support while establishing scalable people infrastructure for a growing organization.

Grow 3i’s New York City membership through warm referrals, lead membership conversations, and drive new member acquisition. Own onboarding, engagement, retention, quarterly member conversations, relevant deal connections, and event hosting. Partner with the investment and events teams, maintain disciplined CRM and call-recording processes using HubSpot and Gong, and consistently achieve membership growth goals.

Own the creative strategy, programming identity, and end-to-end production of 3i Members’ events across regions. Develop themes, narratives, speaker programming, and signature gatherings; lead event briefings, run-of-show development, and debriefs. Manage three senior event coordinators, collaborate with regional, content, and marketing teams, and represent 3i with sophisticated investors, founders, and fund managers. The role is based full-time in New York City with travel for in-person programming.
