Build executive and cross-functional relationships, map accounts, forecast monthly sales, track opportunities, run engagement events, gather customer insights for product roadmaps, and coordinate with application engineers, quality, and local commercial teams to ensure coverage and solve complex rail customer problems.

Support global Adhesives product lines by leading new product introductions, managing product content and marketing assets, developing analytics and dashboards, running VOC and market research, coordinating global launches/events, and driving cross-functional projects to accelerate commercialization and growth.

The Director oversees outsourced business services at 3M, ensuring performance, governance, and alignment with Global Business Services while driving efficiency and continuous improvement in BPO operations.
