Provide synchronous video consultations for patients with diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and hyperlipidemia. Conduct medical assessments, review histories, address concerns, prescribe or refer when appropriate, and document encounters in the electronic health record. Physicians must hold an MD or DO, active board certification, and an active medical license in applicable states. Prior telemedicine experience is preferred. This is a non-exclusive 1099 independent contractor role.

Identify and engage potential partners through strategic outreach, networking events, industry conferences, and cold outreach. Generate and qualify leads, secure meetings with decision-makers, analyze inbound opportunities, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline. Use HubSpot CRM to manage lead statuses and routing, research market and competitive trends, and provide insights to senior leaders that inform business strategy.

The VP of Data will oversee 9amHealth's data functions including data engineering, analytics, and data science while collaborating with executive teams to shape data-driven strategies and improve member experiences in chronic condition management.
