Lead product design across Aaru's AI-native platform: identify user patterns, ship prototypes and features, evolve the design system, experiment with agentic workflows, and hire/build the design team.

Manage channel relationships with advisory and consulting firms, open and close complex opportunities, represent Aaru's AI platform to senior stakeholders, and convert partnerships into revenue while building and scaling channel motion.

Build and maintain scalable pipelines to ingest, clean, and integrate large multimodal datasets. Own ingestion across APIs, files, cloud storage, and warehouses. Design linkage, entity resolution, deduplication, and schema harmonization. Implement data quality checks, validation, and documentation. Collaborate with engineering, research, and deployment teams to prepare integrated data for simulations and evaluate new data sources.

Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering and GTM roles, focusing on passive sourcing and building pipelines from scratch to hire top AI/ML and software talent. Partner with founders and hiring managers, manage candidate experience, negotiate offers, track metrics in Ashby, and help develop employer brand and recruiting infrastructure at an early-stage, in-person NYC company.

Design and build the platform that powers AI-driven simulation products. Create abstractions and framework-level code, partner with research and product to integrate simulation capabilities, and own platform architecture through implementation and iteration to make complex capabilities accessible to diverse users.

Manage end-to-end client relationships and deployments, scope engagements, deliver high-quality simulation-driven insights, coordinate engineering/product/commercial teams, represent the company to C-suite stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities across industries.

Source and secure high-value third-party datasets by mapping the data landscape, outreaching to vendors, coordinating sample reviews, evaluating data quality and value, negotiating licensing and commercial terms, and maintaining vendor records while partnering with research, engineering, and leadership to prioritize acquisitions.

Lead and build Aaru's legal, compliance, risk, and governance functions. Negotiate cross-jurisdictional enterprise and government agreements, manage IP and patent strategy, navigate evolving AI regulations, support fundraising and corporate governance, and establish legal operations for hypergrowth.

Support month-end close and build financial models for revenue, costs, cash flow, and scenarios. Produce leadership and investor materials, map and systematize finance workflows, design SOPs and playbooks, and deploy AI/automation to remove manual work and scale operations. Work closely with leadership across analysis and execution.

Design, build, and operate low-latency, high-throughput infrastructure for large-scale simulations. Improve reliability and performance of data ingestion and compute pipelines, identify system bottlenecks across compute, networking, storage, and orchestration, productionize research workflows, and build developer tooling while owning architecture through implementation and operation.
