Coordinate end-to-end candidate experience, schedule interviews across time zones, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, manage logistics and admin, operate independently, and drive process improvement projects to scale recruiting.

Own full sales cycle with strategic partner portfolio: prospecting, discovery, scoping, pitching, negotiation, and close. Manage multi-stakeholder deals, build commercial models, enable partners, expand markets, refine GTM, maintain pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and document repeatable plays for scalable revenue growth.

Serve as the technical bridge in pre-sales: lead technical discovery, design simulation-based POCs and demos, partner with commercial teams, support delivery handoff, relay client feedback to product/engineering, and communicate data-heavy findings to stakeholders.
