Lead sales for ABB Traction in the Americas, manage regional sales team, set strategy and targets, drive profitable growth, oversee contract negotiation and risk, capture market intelligence, and support customers through the sales cycle while traveling across the region.

Support regional sales by developing technical proposals, managing customer projects (quoting, orders, invoicing), delivering product/software training, building customer relationships, tracking leads/CRM, and driving sales growth and margin improvement for ABB Smart Buildings in the NY/NJ/Philadelphia market.

Manage strategic local accounts to grow share of wallet, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Sell electrical products, services and solutions—with emphasis on Arc Flash and Infrared services—develop account plans, coordinate cross-division sales activities, apply Salesforce and sales tools, monitor competitors, and lead execution of commercial and marketing strategies.
