Develops and manages construction cost estimates for healthcare projects from early development through completion. Leads estimating and planning personnel, monitors budgets, buy-out, productivity, cost control, and pricing models, and trains estimators. Oversees healthcare business development, client relationships, proposals, procurement strategies, and sales activities. Establishes estimating processes, systems, and goals while collaborating with executives, project teams, marketing, and clients.

Oversee the financial lifecycle of construction projects from setup through closeout. Responsibilities include forecasting costs and billing, monitoring change orders and revenue recognition, auditing invoices, managing subcontractor billings and payments, preparing client requisitions, tracking accounts receivable, maintaining cost reports, and analyzing project profitability and budget trends.

Supports project accounting for construction operations, including job setup, cost tracking, billing, accounts payable, invoice processing, vendor payment support, subcontractor compliance documentation, lien waivers, audits, file management, and project closeout. Collaborates with project teams, subcontractors, and accounting leadership to maintain accurate financial records and resolve inquiries.

Develops and manages proposals, presentations, interview materials, and marketing collateral for construction industry pursuits. Coordinates RFP responses, creates persuasive content and visual storytelling, coaches presentation teams, documents awarded projects through case studies and multimedia, and maintains project data in marketing systems. Supports internal and external campaigns while collaborating with technical teams, executives, and creative partners. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and in-person work in Manhattan four days weekly.

Manage hospitality construction projects in New York City from bidding through closeout. Oversee schedules, budgets, quality, staff, subcontractors, vendors, procurement, invoices, change orders, client payments, reporting, meetings, and project documentation. Build effective relationships with clients, architects, engineers, owners’ representatives, and project teams while ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures.

Supports project managers and superintendents during an operations rotation and assists senior team members with estimating duties. Participates in safety initiatives, professional development programs, and other assigned tasks. Requires construction or engineering education, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to read drawings and specifications, and ideally 0–2 years of industry experience. Familiarity with PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, and CMiC is a plus.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of recruiting requisitions from sourcing through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, source and screen candidates, and support construction and subcontractor-related hiring. Maintain strong candidate communication, track recruiting progress through data and reporting, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with the broader talent acquisition team.
