Coordinates post-award construction project administration, including CMiC setup, submittals, vendor documentation, equipment tracking, delivery scheduling, and stakeholder communication. Maintains accurate project records, follows up on outstanding items, ensures compliance with specifications, and supports process improvements. The role works closely with procurement, project management, suppliers, clients, and jobsite teams to resolve issues and keep project execution on schedule.

Coordinates VDC and BIM processes across design and construction projects, with emphasis on MEP/FP coordination, trade integration, clash detection, RFIs, BIM execution plans, model updates, and QA/QC documentation. Facilitates meetings with project stakeholders, conducts site walkthroughs, maintains coordination records in Autodesk Construction Cloud, develops BIM and composite plans, and creates 2D/3D site logistics plans.

Provides executive leadership and operational oversight for construction safety across multiple projects and locations. Develops company-wide safety policies, goals, training, budgets, and staffing strategies; manages safety personnel; conducts audits and site assessments; leads incident investigations and corrective actions; ensures OSHA, regulatory, and client compliance; oversees claims coordination; and analyzes safety metrics including TRIR, DART, EMR, and leading indicators to improve organizational safety performance.
