Assist Case Manager with case management tasks: contacting sponsors/families/legal representatives, collecting and uploading documents, preparing discharge packages, coordinating services and referrals, participating in staffing and rotations, conducting occasional home visits, and completing required ORR/agency trainings.

Provide individual and group mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and family/teacher support in two Bronx community schools. Maintain clinical records, lead workshops and trainings, participate in treatment teams, perform home visits and referrals, and support socio-emotional learning initiatives.

Provide individual and group counseling, assessments, crisis intervention, and clinical guidance for youth and staff. Maintain clinical records, perform intakes, participate in treatment teams, and deliver trainings to support therapeutic program goals.
