Supervises a socio-therapy team serving children in an enhanced family foster care program. Responsibilities include behavior planning, clinical intervention guidance, staff supervision and performance evaluation, team meetings, documentation oversight, emergency response, and collaboration with case-planning teams and government agencies to support child safety and permanency.

Provides diagnostic assessments, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and clinical guidance for youth in a child welfare program. Completes intake, safety, trafficking, and ORR assessments; maintains clinical records and progress notes; participates in treatment teams; trains staff; supports behavior management and de-escalation; coordinates outside services; and provides occasional evening and on-call support.

Provides casework counseling and service coordination for children in foster care and their families. Conducts required home and family contacts, monitors visitation and permanency plans, coordinates medical, clinical, educational, and parent services, maintains timely case records, prepares permanency reports, and represents the agency in family court proceedings. Requires participation in mandated trainings, field visits, strong documentation, communication, and advocacy skills.
