Lead organizational safety strategy and programs for large-scale construction projects. Oversee safety staff, ensure OSHA and DOB compliance, conduct audits and incident investigations, develop training, manage safety performance metrics (TRIR, DART, EMR), advise executives, and represent the company to regulators, clients, and insurers.

Prepare electrical equipment takeoffs, build budgets and estimates, develop bid packages, solicit and compare manufacturer pricing, review submittals for compliance, coordinate technical information among contractors and manufacturers, monitor production/delivery schedules, and support preconstruction through project completion nationwide.

Maintain project schedules and controls through CPM development and analysis; interface with estimating, design, and construction teams; perform schedule audits, delay/impact analysis, documentation, training, and support project pursuits.

Lead and manage estimating for healthcare construction projects: produce and update cost estimates, oversee estimating team, support budgeting and buy-out, improve cost modeling, lead business development and proposal efforts, and train estimators while interfacing with project teams and marketing.

Lead proposal development and strategic pursuits; create high‑impact presentations and visual storytelling; track awarded projects and produce case studies; manage digital assets and project data (Cosential, OpenAsset, Salesforce); support marketing campaigns and coordinate photo/video and VDC visualization work.

Lead electrical procurement for construction projects: develop strategic sourcing, obtain and evaluate supplier bids, negotiate terms, manage supplier relationships, assign equipment to trade partners, mitigate supply chain risk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with project requirements.

Lead MEP/FP BIM coordination, enforce BIM Execution Plans, perform clash detection and resolution, maintain BIM documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud, facilitate trade coordination, conduct site walkthroughs, track coordination issues, and support VDC QA/QC and team development.

Support project managers and superintendents on operations tasks and assist senior staff with estimating. Uphold company safety and core values, participate in RPE programs, read drawings/specifications, and perform other assigned duties.
