Lead organizational safety strategy and programs for large-scale construction projects. Oversee safety staff, ensure OSHA and DOB compliance, conduct audits and incident investigations, develop training, manage safety performance metrics (TRIR, DART, EMR), advise executives, and represent the company to regulators, clients, and insurers.

Prepare electrical equipment takeoffs, build budgets and estimates, develop bid packages, solicit and compare manufacturer pricing, review submittals for compliance, coordinate technical information among contractors and manufacturers, monitor production/delivery schedules, and support preconstruction through project completion nationwide.

Entry-level VDC role supporting reality capture and Scan-to-BIM workflows: perform laser scanning, process and register point clouds, develop Revit existing-conditions and MEP models, assist field verification, support clash detection and project coordination, and maintain BIM standards and project documentation.
