Field-based sales role representing Allergan Aesthetics facial products (BOTOX, JUVEDERM, Kybella). Drive adoption and portfolio growth through consultative B2B/B2B2C selling, customer education, territory management, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Meet assigned sales goals, comply with reporting and policies, and spend most of the week in the field visiting customers.

Lead and manage a six-person MSL team while maintaining an active MSL territory. Develop and execute scientific interaction plans, coach and evaluate MSLs, coordinate cross-functional medical and brand activities, ensure compliance and operational readiness (including OR certifications), manage administrative and financial tasks, and provide high-quality scientific engagement with KOLs/HCPs to support Plastics & Regenerative Medicine objectives.

Execute territory-based brand strategy to meet sales KPIs and financial targets. Build and maintain customer relationships, develop call plans, share market intelligence, identify clinical advocates, and differentiate AbbVie’s value. Ensure HCIR credentialing, comply with company policies and regulations, and travel to cover territory and attend training.
