Analyze and monitor labor performance against budget, identify variances and trends, support forecasting and reporting, maintain data integrity, and help leadership address underperforming or over-budget jobs. Collaborate with operations, finance, and field leadership to improve reporting, support job setup and onboarding, and deliver ad hoc analyses and performance insights to optimize labor costs.

Lead and supervise daily facility cleaning operations, assign and monitor tasks, operate cleaning equipment, handle chemicals, train new hires, manage schedules, keys, supplies, time records, and ensure safety and quality compliance.

Perform general warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, documenting inventory, loading/unloading, stocking supplies, operating truck/forklift, pickup/delivery of materials, and basic janitorial and maintenance tasks.
