Serve as strategic HR advisor to senior operational leaders across a large, dispersed business segment. Lead organizational design, talent strategy, succession planning, leadership development, workforce analytics, and change management to drive business outcomes and support large-scale transformations, restructures, acquisitions, and culture initiatives.

High-volume recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding frontline janitorial employees across New York City and Northeast markets. The role manages full-cycle recruiting, candidate communications, job fairs, recruiting materials, background checks, hiring-center activities, applicant tracking, and recruitment metrics. It partners with hiring managers and recruitment teams to meet staffing needs and requires strong customer service, organization, communication, Excel, and Microsoft Office skills. English/Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.

Oversee cost-plus, square-foot, and fixed-fee billing; validate invoices, contract data, and billing inputs; support collections, revenue recognition, accruals, and month-end reporting. Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Accounts Payable, and Collections to resolve discrepancies, mitigate revenue leakage, manage high-risk accounts, and improve billing processes. Escalate delinquent accounts and help ensure accurate, timely invoicing and collections.
