Own a core product area end-to-end: set strategy and roadmap, lead discovery and specs, partner with engineering and design to ship, instrument and track post-launch metrics, translate customer insights into prioritized product work, and present outcomes to executive leadership while maintaining security/compliance.

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of SaaS customers through renewals, upsells, pricing, contract negotiations, and adoption support. Serve as the primary commercial contact, maintain CRM records, demonstrate product value, deliver training, and collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams. The role requires quota-carrying experience, enterprise SaaS contract expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and proactive account management in a compliant, remote-first environment.

Own the end-to-end TPA and PEO sales motion within an assigned region, managing existing opportunities and new targets. Conduct prospecting, discovery, presentations, negotiations, contracting, forecasting, and relationship development across deal sizes. Tailor solutions to HR, compliance, and workforce-management needs while partnering with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Product, and Customer Success. Serve as the internal TPA/PEO market specialist and maintain accurate pipeline visibility.
