Responsibilities include onboarding paperwork, training coordination, payroll and invoicing issue resolution, contractor record updates, travel booking, reception support, internal hiring onboarding, asset management, office purchasing, vendor coordination, supplies, mail, shipments, and property management communications.

Develops and manages B2B client accounts through prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, meetings, account expansion, rate negotiation, and consultative selling. Partners with recruiting and support teams to fulfill client talent needs, tracks sales activity in Salesforce, and maintains customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability.

Own the full recruiting lifecycle by partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and screening professionals, conducting interviews and reference checks, presenting opportunities, and supporting consultants throughout employment. Build and maintain industry-specific talent networks, coach candidates, and develop trusted career-focused relationships.
