Develop and manage business-to-business customer relationships, identify target accounts, conduct meetings with decision-makers, negotiate billing terms, grow sales and market share, and support client staffing needs. The role partners with recruiting teams to provide engineering and science talent, markets qualified candidates, and participates in training, client meetings, and relationship-building activities.

Provides customer-facing administrative and operational support for candidates, contractors, clients, and internal teams. Responsibilities include onboarding paperwork, training coordination, payroll and invoicing issue resolution, contractor record updates, travel booking, reception support, internal hiring onboarding, asset management, office purchasing, vendor coordination, supplies, mail, shipments, and property management communications.

Develops and manages B2B client accounts through prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, meetings, account expansion, rate negotiation, and consultative selling. Partners with recruiting and support teams to fulfill client talent needs, tracks sales activity in Salesforce, and maintains customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability.
