Leads revenue-cycle management assessments and transformation engagements for healthcare providers and physician enterprises. Evaluates end-to-end RCM operations, technology, reimbursement performance, workflows, controls, and organizational models; develops improvement strategies, operating models, roadmaps, dashboards, and implementation plans. Manages client engagements, M&A support, stakeholder relationships, project teams, proposals, and practice growth while advising executives and delivering measurable improvements in collections, denials, leakage, and cash conversion.

Own the presales solution motion for Anaplan and Pigment by leading discovery, tailored demonstrations, proof-of-concept workshops, and client presentations. Build and maintain demo models, sales collateral, and platform assets; develop emerging capability proofs of concept; track platform developments; and identify new use cases. The role partners with alliance and business development teams and may grow into a presales leadership position supporting both platforms.

Architects and ships production agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, evaluation infrastructure, and observability. Establishes reusable technical standards, makes architecture and build-versus-buy decisions, mentors engineers, and communicates technical choices to executives and clients. The role requires hands-on Python and TypeScript/React development, rapid delivery of ambiguous client solutions, and frequent use of AI coding tools. Client-site travel is required as needed.
