Monitors front-desk access, resident and guest entry, mail distribution, building rounds, logs, emergencies, and evacuation procedures. Observes medication self-administration, reports incidents and behavioral changes, assists with meal plans, and provides respectful resident support. The role also answers phones, attends training, and may cover other residential locations as needed.

Monitors front desk entry and exit, assists residents and guests, distributes mail, handles telephone messages, conducts building rounds, documents incidents, supports emergency response and evacuation, observes medication self-administration, reports behavioral changes, and provides coverage at other residential locations as needed.

Provides administrative and office support for a supportive housing program, including rent and fee collection, client financial ledgers, allowances, petty cash, banking, billing, attendance records, staff scheduling, timekeeping, monthly reports, mail distribution, procurement, inventory, equipment maintenance, and coordination of building repairs. Reports to the Program Director and performs additional assigned duties.
