Provide front desk coverage at a supportive housing residence: monitor entry/egress, distribute mail, take messages, conduct rounds, document incidents, assist in emergencies and medication self-administration, and cover other sites as needed.

Provides administrative and fiscal support for a supportive housing program: collects rents and fees, maintains client finance ledgers and petty cash, handles banking and bookkeeping, tracks move-ins/outs and leases in RealPage, prepares monthly reports and billing, assists with staff scheduling and building maintenance, manages office supplies and mail, and performs other duties as assigned.

Provide community-based case coordination and rehabilitation services for adults with serious mental illness. Conduct home visits, assess psychosocial and functional needs, develop and update individualized Service/Support Plans, connect clients to psychiatric, medical, substance use, housing and entitlement services, monitor medications, provide crisis intervention, document progress and incidents, support transitions to independent living, and staff rotating emergency phone coverage.
