Freelance Video Editor responsible for transforming raw footage into polished long-form, podcast, and short-form content across major social platforms. The role requires strong storytelling, pacing, audience-retention judgment, organized project files, collaborative communication, and proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro. Editors will use performance insights, platform trends, and AI-assisted workflows to improve content quality and production efficiency. This is a remote, on-demand contract engagement with variable monthly workload.

Own paid media strategy, campaign setup, optimization, measurement, reporting, and budget pacing, beginning with Meta and expanding to other channels. Analyze performance to improve CAC, ROAS, lead quality, revenue, and profitability. Maintain tracking infrastructure, run structured tests across creative and funnels, and provide actionable reporting and channel-expansion recommendations. This remote, hands-on senior individual-contributor role requires collaboration with marketing and sales teams and no travel.

Serves as the company’s primary day-to-day legal advisor, handling commercial contracts, privacy and data protection, advertising and sales compliance, corporate matters, litigation support, and legal operations. Directs paralegal and legal operations staff, improves intake and contract workflows, advises cross-functional teams, and escalates significant matters to the General Counsel. Requires a J.D., active bar membership, and at least three years of relevant in-house experience.
