Build relationships, support enrollment, maintain account data, coordinate internal and external partners, drive client retention and growth, promote digital tools and additional services, and identify cross-selling opportunities. The role requires licensed Health and Life insurance expertise, strong communication, and consultative client management.

Manages a high-net-worth personal lines insurance book of business, conducting annual reviews, evaluating exposures and coverage, negotiating with carriers, and recommending risk management solutions. Provides responsive client service, monitors policy issuance and claims handling, communicates exclusions and policy changes, maintains accurate records in agency systems, and collaborates with producers to develop appropriate coverage plans. The role requires strong organization, communication, relationship-building, insurance knowledge, and attention to detail.

Manages a high-net-worth personal lines insurance book of business, conducts annual account reviews, evaluates coverage and carrier fit, recommends risk management solutions, negotiates with carriers, monitors policy and claims handling, addresses client questions, and maintains accurate coverage records. Serves as a finance business partner for specialty departments, leading budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, monthly reporting, variance analysis, headcount planning, and expense management. Develops financial models, business cases, dashboards, and executive insights; tracks cost-reduction initiatives; and improves reporting automation and planning processes. Partners with senior business leaders to support financial accountability and decision-making.

Manage new business and renewal workflows for high-net-worth personal lines: conduct exposure analysis, prepare submissions and quotes, negotiate coverage, present proposals, maintain carrier relationships, and use agency/carrier systems and rating tools to deliver tailored coverage solutions.
