Oversee daily accounting operations for an insurance agency, including AP/AR, billing, commission revenue reporting, reconciliations, carrier payables, financial reporting, banking transactions, and renewals. Supervise and mentor internal, external, and overseas accounting resources; ensure policy compliance, resolve discrepancies, identify risks, maintain payroll records, and improve workflows using automation and AI tools.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to Growth leaders, aligning talent strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, organizational change, cultural integration, compensation, retention, performance management, onboarding, and leadership coaching. The role requires influencing leaders, mentoring HRBPs, supporting geographically distributed teams, and driving HR programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Manage a small-group employee benefits book of business, serving as the primary client contact and providing insurance plan, compliance, renewal, and carrier guidance. Build relationships, support enrollment, maintain account data, coordinate internal and external partners, drive client retention and growth, promote digital tools and additional services, and identify cross-selling opportunities. The role requires licensed Health and Life insurance expertise, strong communication, and consultative client management.
