Supports the FP&A team with financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, Excel-based models and dashboards, management review materials, trend analysis, and ad hoc projects. Collaborates with Accounting and cross-functional teams to understand financial results and identify process improvements while gaining hands-on corporate finance experience.

Supports agency partnerships through outbound prospecting, lead generation, sales enablement, prospect research, decision-maker engagement, partner communication, and sales pipeline development. The intern will use Sellercrowd, Apollo, and Excel while collaborating with internal teams and advertising and media agency partners.

Lead industry strategy and growth for financial services and insurance verticals. Set direction for teams, ensure compliant use of data, partner with sales to prioritize accounts and drive revenue, translate regulatory requirements into actionable solutions, shape proposals/pricing, inform product roadmap, and represent Acxiom in executive client forums.

Leads affiliate marketing strategy, partner management, channel optimization, and cross-functional customer acquisition initiatives. Manages affiliate networks, publishers, agencies, onboarding, performance reviews, tracking, attribution, reporting, and compliance. Coordinates Marketing, Product, Analytics, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams while defining project plans, resolving issues, analyzing performance, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
