Provide high-level executive support to multiple C-suite leaders and manage daily operations of the NYC Executive Office. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, vendor and facilities oversight, travel and expense coordination, meeting/event logistics, board support, project assistance, and ensuring HIPAA and facility compliance. Serve as liaison across stakeholders and maintain organized executive workflows in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
