Develop long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives from C level on down.
Effectively deliver selected communications to clients regarding Addepar.
Cultivate an understanding of your clients’ business requirements, industry challenges and goals coupled with a understanding of how they are using their Addepar solutions to maximize adoption, growth, and account retention as well as the trusted advisor role with the client.
Provide strategic oversight during the client journey including optimization, growth, renewal and ensure a seamless handover of knowledge and responsibilities where appropriate.
Act as a collaborative partner with the Support teams to ensure client tickets are resolved to the best of Addepar’s abilities (recognize that during the implementation, the Services team will assign an owner of the project to manage the implementation).
Work with the account management team to recognize trends in client needs that can be communicated to Product Management, Product Marketing, Support, Services, Finance, etc. building strong working relationships with each to ensure ongoing client success.
