Lead day-to-day client account management for print, POS, and promotional programs. Oversee end-to-end project execution, supplier relationships, inventory, timelines, budgets, and reporting. Drive client growth, ensure quality and sustainability alignment, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet SLAs and delivery targets.

Serve as a client-facing strategic consultant leading discovery, process redesign, technology enablement, BI/analytics, and transformation delivery. Design solutions, build business cases, manage stakeholders, drive adoption, mentor teams, and support business development to deliver measurable ROI.

Manage marketing planning and operations including the master marketing calendar, newsletters, asset management, coupon program coordination, cross-portfolio document preparation, and monthly performance reporting. Serve as project manager across cross-functional teams, maintain marketing platforms, audit assets for accuracy and compliance, and provide actionable insights to improve asset visibility and usage.
