Advise payment and product partnership teams on strategic financial-services and technology relationships across the Americas. Structure, draft, and negotiate infrastructure partnership agreements; counsel cross-functional teams on regulatory, contractual, privacy, data-security, and operational risks; interpret partner and network rules; and create scalable deal resources. The role requires a business-oriented lawyer with financial-services transaction experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, rapidly evolving work.

Manage Adyen’s global disputes from end to end, advising internal stakeholders on legal risk and commercial outcomes. Coordinate matters across multiple jurisdictions, including New York and Dutch law, oversee external counsel, manage strategy and budgets, and help mitigate future risks. The role also supports corporate legal initiatives, applies AI to improve dispute-resolution operations, and requires collaboration across a fast-paced global business.

Negotiate complex commercial agreements for enterprise customers, advise global sales and commercial teams, manage early-stage disputes, interpret contracts, identify legal risks, develop negotiation playbooks, train commercial colleagues, and improve contracting processes through legal automation. The role requires autonomous, cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment and is based in New York with periodic travel to other offices.
