Leads and coordinates multidisciplinary design teams for maritime and waterfront infrastructure projects from planning through construction services. Responsibilities include technical assessments, presentations, design development, contract documents, budget and schedule compliance, issue resolution, client communication, and coordination with planning, environmental, and construction teams. Projects may include ports, harbors, terminals, offshore wind facilities, coastal resiliency, and industrial redevelopment.

Oversee complex design-build construction projects in an Owner’s Representative capacity. Manage execution, contracts, budgets, schedules, change orders, documentation, stakeholder communications, site inspections, quality, and safety. Provide on-site leadership across project locations in New York City and coordinate with design-build teams and NYC agencies.

Leads electrical and instrumentation and control CAD design for power-generation and industrial projects. Oversees deliverables, complex CAD tasks, 3D modeling, constructability, safety, budgets, staffing, schedules, bills of materials, quantity takeoffs, data integration, standards, quality checks, and multidisciplinary coordination from feasibility through construction support. Supports business development, proposal preparation, stakeholder meetings, and remote team leadership, with occasional travel.
