Leads large-scale urban design and master planning projects focused on transit-oriented development, mixed-use development, placemaking, downtown revitalization, and public realm design. Manages multidisciplinary teams, project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, design quality, client relationships, stakeholder engagement, proposals, and business development. Produces urban design drawings, diagrams, renderings, maps, presentations, and reports while mentoring staff and coordinating technical disciplines.

Manage design and construction-phase services for transit rail projects in the New York Metro area. Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, multidisciplinary design teams, client and contractor coordination, project administration, and design-build or design-bid-build delivery. Support RFQ and RFP pursuits, guide marketing efforts, and mentor mid-career staff. The role requires a professional engineering license and extensive transit rail project management experience, especially with NY-area agencies and FRA/FTA requirements.

Provides economics and strategy consulting for infrastructure, public policy, real estate, and project finance clients. Leads microeconomic modeling, econometrics, cost-benefit analyses, market assessments, financial modeling, and impact analyses. Develops executive presentations, advises senior stakeholders, supervises junior analysts, and supports business development, technical writing, and client engagement delivery.
