Operate venue coat check stations, handle cash and payments, assist and direct guests, enforce venue policies, participate in trainings and emergency evacuation, and perform other duties as assigned.

Prepare and reconcile show-related financial records including bank transactions, deposits, wires, ticket sales, invoices and settlements. Code invoices, process road checks and cash receipts, reconcile show system to JD Edwards, support month-end close, resolve discrepancies, and generate financial reports as requested.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Partner Success team, including calendar and logistics coordination, expense reporting, document and database maintenance, partner communication, and on-site event assistance to ensure smooth festival and live-event activations.
