Provide full-cycle HR support including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance with employment laws, investigations, benefits administration, and HRIS/talent system usage. Serve as backup for other HR generalists and support a positive relationship between staff and leadership.

Oversee safe, compliant operation of a homeless shelter: manage staff, budgets, vendor relations, compliance with DHS and city agencies, reporting, payroll, training, community liaison, incident response, and continuous program improvement. On-call 24/7.

Lead the organization's financial management, oversee accounting and payroll, ensure accurate accrual-based financial statements, maintain internal controls, manage budgets and audits, liaise with external funders and auditors, present financials to the CEO and board, and identify growth opportunities.
