Conduct applied AI and machine learning research spanning multimodal intelligence, recommendation, ranking, prediction, foundation models, agents, and decision-making. Define research problems, evaluate and develop models using proprietary data, run rigorous experiments, create training signals and evaluations, and transition successful approaches into production systems. Collaborate with engineering and product teams while shaping the company’s research agenda and technical standards.

Conduct applied AI research spanning multimodal intelligence, recommendation, ranking, prediction, foundation models, agents, and decision-making. Formulate product-driven research problems, design rigorous experiments, develop models and datasets, create evaluations, and translate successful methods into production systems. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve campaign strategies, creator-brand matching, content understanding, and marketplace outcomes.

Own Agentio’s creator supply growth engine, including acquisition loops, referrals, paid and organic marketing, activation, certification, monetization, and marketplace health. Build scalable systems that move creators from first contact to meaningful earnings, replacing relationship-driven acquisition with product-led and growth marketing programs. Partner with product, finance, marketing, and leadership to establish funnel measurement, experimentation, incentive economics, and supply-demand guardrails. This in-office leadership role reports to the CEO and requires building the function from the ground up.
