Lead the architecture and evolution of edge-to-cloud connectivity for globally deployed humanoid robots. Design highly available, low-latency, secure network systems spanning 5G, private LTE, on-premise deployments, and cloud infrastructure. Engineer high-throughput telemetry and control traffic, hybrid connectivity tunnels, SDN and virtualization solutions, and fleet-wide observability. Serve as the technical authority for network architecture while partnering with cross-functional leaders. Perform advanced packet, Wi-Fi, RF, and network performance analysis.

Serve as a strategic People Business Partner to Software, AI/ML, Innovation, and Product Management leaders. Develop people strategies supporting organizational growth, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, leadership development, performance, employee relations, and organizational change. Coach senior leaders, resolve complex conflicts, use people data to identify organizational trends, and lead scalable People programs. Mentor People team members and influence executive-level decisions in a rapidly scaling technology company.

Leads the strategy, design, and execution of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, equity, incentives, and workplace perks. Uses market data and analytics to support competitive and equitable rewards decisions, manages benefits and equity programs, partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership, supports compensation cycles and workforce planning, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives employee communications and change management.
