Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and lead onboarding strategy in a regulated fintech environment.

Advise the General Counsel and executives on commercial contracts, digital-asset regulation, corporate governance, financing, compliance, risk, disputes, and varied legal matters. Build the legal function from the ground up by creating templates, playbooks, intake processes, and scalable workflows. Manage outside counsel as needed and provide practical, risk-adjusted guidance in a fast-growing stablecoin and fintech company.

Lead FP&A, forecasting, consolidated financial modeling, management reporting, scenario analysis, and strategic financial planning. Support budgeting, capital management, KPIs, and cross-functional forecasting for regulated entities; prepare executive-level analyses to inform product, partnership, and expansion decisions.
