Manages U.S. Commercial Management Liability public company claims, including D&O, fiduciary liability, and fidelity claims. Handle primary and excess general liability claims, provide technical oversight to third-party administrators, evaluate coverage and exposures, manage counsel and litigation strategy, establish reserves, analyze claim trends, maintain accurate claim files, negotiate resolutions, and support underwriting and actuarial teams during renewals.

Support development and validation of the in-house reserving platform, manage and validate reserving data, run quarterly reserving processes and reports (including Solvency II), liaise with stakeholders, troubleshoot SRP data anomalies, and act as ResQ SME to improve reserving efficiency.
