Supports operational risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, analysis, process improvement, and special initiatives within a global insurance risk team. Collaborates with team members, managers, and mentors while developing knowledge of insurance, legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.

Executes Sompo’s global external communications, advertising, sponsorship, partnership, and brand-building initiatives. Coordinates campaigns, stakeholders, agencies, vendors, speakers, content, approvals, and deliverables across traditional, digital, and social media. Maintains business and product messaging repositories, manages the Speakers Bureau, researches visibility opportunities, and supports communications programs aligned with global brand and business objectives.

Supports quarterly actuarial central estimate reserving for U.S. and Bermuda insurance lines, develops financial insights, contributes to annual planning, and leads projects analyzing portfolio trends and emerging risks. The role partners with Actuarial, Risk, Claims, Finance, FP&A, underwriting, senior leadership, and Board-level stakeholders while monitoring regulatory and market developments.
