Teams at Airbyte

Lead enterprise customer implementations and deployments of Airbyte solutions, troubleshoot Kubernetes, database, data movement, and API issues, and guide customers through technical adoption. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to improve onboarding, resolve issues, influence the roadmap, identify growth opportunities, and promote AI-ready data architectures through demos, content, and industry presentations.

Lead customer technical implementations of Airbyte, troubleshoot Kubernetes and data integration issues (SQL, CDC, replication), advise on REST API integrations and LLM/AI tooling, collaborate with Sales/Product/Engineering, drive onboarding and adoption, and create technical content and evangelism for AI-ready data stacks.

Support customers with complex database integration issues while contributing directly to Airbyte’s Java and Kotlin open-source connectors. Troubleshoot replication, CDC, query performance, authentication, networking, schema evolution, and warehouse or lake destinations. Reproduce bugs, inspect logs and query plans, improve connector reliability, review community contributions, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Solutions, Sales, and Customer Success. The role also includes technical documentation, mentoring support engineers, customer onboarding, and developing AI-assisted troubleshooting processes.
