Lead end-to-end product design for AI search and marketing platform features. Translate complex workflows and data into intuitive experiences, conduct user research, prototype rapidly, build scalable design systems, collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success, define product strategy, and mentor junior designers.

Generate qualified sales pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, discovery calls, lead qualification, and relationship building with prospective clients. Collaborate with Account Executives on opportunity handoffs, maintain accurate CRM records, and use performance data to improve outreach. The role requires effective communication, strong listening and discovery skills, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Lead product marketing for AirOps’ AI-native software platform, including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, launches, seller enablement, beta programs, portfolio narratives, and product communications. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Services, Solutions Architecture, Research, and Marketing to support enterprise buying and market adoption. Own product and solutions website pages while adapting quickly to evolving products, customers, and AI search trends.
