Own the full enterprise sales cycle for dental service organizations, from prospecting and discovery through pilots, closing, and rollout. Develop strategic account plans, engage executive stakeholders, deliver tailored demonstrations, manage pipeline forecasting in Salesforce, and coordinate successful customer handoffs. The role also contributes to sales strategy, messaging, go-to-market initiatives, and industry events while working with leadership, product, customer success, and implementation teams.

Guide dental clinic customers through software integrations, troubleshoot setup and post-launch issues, document processes, analyze integration data, monitor integration health, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to resolve technical issues and improve onboarding and product adoption.

Lead technical direction and architecture for healthcare payments platforms, including backend systems, event-driven infrastructure, payment integrations, reconciliation, ledgers, and AI-powered experiences. Design and build critical systems, improve scalability and reliability, mentor engineers, guide cross-team initiatives, and partner with product and leadership. The role also emphasizes developer experience, observability, CI/CD, technical documentation, and pragmatic technology evaluation.
