Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis across subsidiaries. Produce monthly, quarterly, and investor/board reports, maintain financial models, assist annual budget builds, and deliver ad hoc analyses and automation to support operational decisions.

Administer accurate, on-time global payroll across Airspace entities and EOR platforms. Ensure compliance with international tax, social security, and retirement rules; manage vendors and payroll vendors; maintain controls, documentation, and audits; respond to employee payroll inquiries; partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to improve and automate payroll processes.

Support full-cycle recruiting and candidate coordination using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter; source candidates, schedule interviews, maintain ATS data, assist with offers and onboarding, and provide general HRIS and compliance support across HR operations.
