Serve as Employment Counsel for the Americas, advising People & Talent and business leaders on employee lifecycle matters, investigations, policies, disputes, compensation, benefits, and equity. Coordinate employment law advice across jurisdictions, including contractor classification, employer-of-record arrangements, cross-border remote work, mobility risks, and regulated-entity conduct. Manage external counsel, litigation, agency charges, and legal spend while building scalable employment-law playbooks and templates.

Supports financial partnership operations across banking, payment, and financial institution partners. Responsibilities include partner onboarding and due diligence, regulatory and scheme requirement tracking, escalation triage, process improvement, cross-functional change management, reporting, partner governance, scorecards, QBRs, and operational dashboards. The role helps expand into new markets while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and strong partner relationships.

Research and identify prospective SME clients, conduct outreach through email, phone, and social media, understand prospect needs, present Airwallex solutions, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for Account Executives.
