Lead the global obligations management function: design and maintain a centralized obligations register, map legal and partner mandates to controls, manage RFI knowledge base and audit register, ensure traceability and remediation, partner with regional legal/compliance/audit teams, and scale the team and GRC tooling to replace manual trackers.

As a Scaled Customer Success Manager, you'll manage over 1,000 SME customers, driving product adoption and revenue growth through data insights, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement strategies, while collaborating with various internal teams.

Serve as the primary technical owner for strategic enterprise clients, delivering elevated technical support, advising on product adoption and architecture, resolving escalations, supporting QBRs, analyzing support/performance data, collaborating with sales/product/engineering, and recommending optimizations and upsell opportunities.
