Leads the global technical accounting function, overseeing complex US GAAP treatments, regional reporting, accounting policies, product-launch assessments, judgmental estimates, ICFR, SOX-compliant documentation, and PCAOB-quality technical memos. Own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Design teams, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies, source diverse candidates, manage interviews, calibrate feedback, negotiate offers, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Provide market intelligence, pipeline data, and talent advice while collaborating with Employer Branding, People Partners, and Total Rewards to strengthen the company’s appeal to product and design talent.

Lead the product-counsel team supporting Embedded Finance, payments platforms, issuing, and lending. Advise Product, Sales, Risk, Engineering, and financial partners on U.S. and international payments regulation, structure complex deals, negotiate banking and platform agreements, guide product launches, and develop scalable legal playbooks. The role requires translating regulatory complexity into practical advice while supporting global expansion and high-growth fintech products.

Advise product, partnership, legal, risk, and compliance teams on complex global technology and strategic partnership transactions. Own and execute go-to-market strategy for Spend & Expense Management. Drive full sales cycle to acquire enterprise customers, hit revenue targets, build sales processes, and influence product roadmap through cross-functional collaboration and C-suite relationships.
