Owns enterprise AI assistant platforms, including administration, user access, licensing, support, adoption, reporting, cost management, release evaluation, connector and agent governance, and security coordination. The role partners across IT, identity, cybersecurity, data, legal, procurement, and vendors to operate secure, supportable AI services. It also delivers training, documentation, leadership briefings, usage analysis, and controlled pilots and rollouts.

Leads functional ownership and strategic evolution of Oracle Fusion HCM Talent and Employee Experience modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Learning, and Engagement. Translates HR requirements into scalable configurations, manages testing, releases, integrations, data quality, reporting, vendor relationships, and level-two support. Partners across HR, IT, and international business units to improve candidate and employee journeys, adoption, compliance, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Leads functional ownership and strategic evolution of Oracle Fusion HCM across Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation. Partners with HR and IT stakeholders on requirements, process design, configuration, integrations, data quality, testing, releases, support, and continuous improvement. Oversees vendors and implementation partners, supports international operations, evaluates AI capabilities, and serves as the escalation point for complex HCM issues.

Leads the strategy, governance, operations, security, support, release management, integrations, data quality, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform. Partners with HR and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, drive adoption, evaluate AI capabilities, manage vendors and quarterly releases, and ensure reliable employee data and enterprise integrations. Leads and develops the Oracle HCM team while maintaining strong controls, documentation, and service delivery standards.

Develops and manages enterprise client relationships while supporting construction project delivery. Responsibilities include account development, maintaining the Account Playbook, overseeing project risks, margins, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, reporting, and profitability. The role partners with project stakeholders, supports team culture, resolves conflicts, communicates with leadership, and travels throughout the United States for client meetings and milestone events.

Oversee financial activity for construction projects, including budgeting, cost-to-completion forecasting, change-order audits, revenue recognition, sales-tax compliance, client invoicing, subcontractor billings and payments, accounts receivable monitoring, and collections support.

Leads estimating, sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of long-lead electrical equipment for complex construction and infrastructure projects. Evaluates supplier proposals, technical compliance, pricing, lead times, and contract terms; manages vendor relationships, purchase orders, submittals, risk mitigation, and schedule recovery. Collaborates with engineers, contractors, clients, manufacturers, and post-award teams while identifying scope gaps, value-engineering opportunities, and supply chain risks. Mentors procurement staff and supports budget, schedule, and project delivery objectives.

Develop electrical equipment estimates, takeoffs, budgets, bid packages, and scope definitions for construction projects. Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and equipment performance requirements; solicit and level manufacturer bids; coordinate purchasing, engineers, subcontractors, general contractors, and project teams; support RFIs and technical clarifications; track production and delivery schedules; maintain project documentation; and research equipment technologies, manufacturers, codes, and market conditions.

Supports enterprise client relationships across construction projects, markets, and business units. Maintains account-level oversight of client experience, project performance, risks, financials, and opportunities. Develops stakeholder relationships, maintains Salesforce account intelligence, supports account strategy and growth, coordinates follow-through, leads project after-action reviews and onboarding, and escalates issues while partnering with account and business unit leadership.
