Leads procurement of electrical equipment for construction projects, managing sourcing strategies, supplier identification, bidding, bid leveling, negotiations, equipment compatibility, and assignment to installing trade partners. Maintains supplier relationships, evaluates performance, manages supply chain risks, collaborates cross-functionally, and monitors industry and regulatory developments.

Develop electrical equipment estimates, takeoffs, budgets, bid packages, and scope definitions for construction projects. Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and equipment performance requirements; solicit and level manufacturer bids; coordinate purchasing, engineers, subcontractors, general contractors, and project teams; support RFIs and technical clarifications; track production and delivery schedules; maintain project documentation; and research equipment technologies, manufacturers, codes, and market conditions.

Develops proposals, presentations, marketing materials, case studies, and project storytelling for a construction-focused marketing team. Coordinates pursuit efforts, creates visual content, coaches presentations, tracks awarded projects, manages project data in marketing systems, and supports internal and external campaigns. The role requires strong writing, organization, collaboration, visual communication, and proposal-management skills, with regular in-person work in Manhattan.
