AKAY is a full range manufacturer and exporter of Whole/Ground Sterilised and Natural Spices, Oleoresins, and Essential Oils from spices. With five extraction plants in three sites, we have an extraction capacity of more than 20,000 tons of various raw materials. Akay has FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA8000 certifications and all the products are Kosher and Halal certified. Akay Spices – our spices division has a state-of-the-art processing plant which is BRC (A grade) certified, and has has a capacity of over 10000 MT for steam sterilisation. Our QA laboratory is ISO 17025 certified, and has a R&D wing focusing on product innovations.
We have forayed into deodorized and standardized phytonutrient extracts from clinically relevant GRAS-listed kitchen spices and the extraction of herbs, exclusively for the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and ayurvedic segments under the brand - Spiceuticals®.
Spiceuticals® is the nutraceutical brand of Akay. Here we are offering standardized phytonutrient extracts developed through years of research as a healthy choice of dietary supplements with full scan traceability. We also have several trade marked and patented products for the nutraceutical industry.
