Own strategic initiative discovery, business cases, pricing and monetization models, cost optimization, market and competitive analysis, and channel partner relationships. The role manages reseller and referral partnerships, supports co-selling and partner enablement, conducts business reviews, and prepares executive updates. It requires deep financial services or fintech expertise, analytical or partnership ownership experience, technical collaboration skills, and proficiency with generative AI tools.

Serve as the technical bridge between Akoya and customers from pre-sales through implementation, go-live, and support. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, solution architecture, integration scoping, API prototyping, OAuth/OIDC/SAML and SSO configuration, REST API troubleshooting, documentation, root-cause analysis, and customer technical advocacy. The role partners with Product and Engineering, builds onboarding tools and sample integrations, communicates with technical and executive audiences, and requires occasional travel to customer sites and events.
